My personal experience and rationale is when I started I got 45+ splat points a class and then eventually it lowered (18-28 usually). Getting back into the green is an indication that your heart is able to recover faster after exertion, which is good! But let me tell ya, there are still plenty of classes where I get TONS of splats.

I'm a 39F that weighs 295. I've been going to OTF for about a month now 3 to 4 times a week. My question is about splat points; I barely get any. The…I have 107 splat points for the month after attending a class every day. I’m lucky to hit over 3 splat points a class.
